الرد الهوائي لانغلاف الأمعاء (تقويم نتائج)
Abstract
أجريت هذه الدراسة في قسم الجراحة بمشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية في الفترة ما بين 15\10\2004 وحتى15\2\2007,وقد بلغ عدد حالات الدراسة30 مريضاً تم قبولهم بتشخيص انغلاف أمعاء وكان الانغلاف في مراحله الباكرة.
تراوحت أعمار المرضى بين شهرين وأربع سنوات, وكانت ذروة الحدوث ما بين الشهر الرابع والثامن(50%), أما معظم الحالات فكانت دون السنة الأولى من العمر (75%).
شكل التغوط المدمى أكثر الأعراض تكراراً حيث ظهر في 80% من الحالات(24مريضاً).
كانت أهم علامة سريرية وجود الدم على الأصبع الماسة, 90% من الحالات(27مريضاً).
أهم العلامات بالتصوير بالأمواج فوق الصوتية وجود منظر الدريئة (علامة الهدف) في جميع الحالات(100%), حيث شكلت أساس في تأكيد التشخيص.
تمت محاولة العلاج المحافظ بالرد بالرحضة الهوائية لدى جميع المرضى, وكانت فعالة لدى 27 مريضاً(90%).
This research includes 30 patients admitted to the surgical department in Al-Assad University Hospital for intussusception from 15/10/2004 to 15/2/2007. The patients were between two months 4 years old, and the highest rate of incidence was b 4 months to 8 months (50%). The red current gelly was the most famous symptom(80%). The major clinical sign was blood stool on the palpated finger(90%). The major sign in ultrasonography was presence of Target Sign (100%). So this sign forms the foundation to emphasize the diagnosis of intussusception. All patients had an attempt of conservative treatment by pneumatic reduction. Pneumatic reduction was effective in 27 patients (90%).
