دراسة مقارنة عملية لدور الكورتيكوستيروئيدات الجهازية في علاج التهاب القصيبات الشعرية
Abstract
شملت الدراسة التي قمنا بها / 206 / رضيع من مجموع الأطفال الذين قبلوا في مشفى الأسد الجامعي, والذين ترواحت أعمارهم بين الشهر الثالث وعمر السنتين, كانوا مصابين بنوبة التهاب قصيبات شعرية لأول مرة. قسم هؤلاء الرضع إلى مجموعتين متساويتين: الأولى تم معالجتها بالكورتيكوستيروئيدات الجهازية وريدياً (الديكساميتازون ) والموسعات القصبية ارذاذاً ( فنتولين ), أما الثانية فقد عولجت باستخدام الموسعات القصبية ارذاذاً فقط. كانت نسبة الاستجابة للمعالجة في المجموعة الأولى( 87.37% ), وفي المجموعة الثانية كانت النسبة (13.6 %) فقط , وذلك بعد تقييم الرضع في اليوم الرابع من تطبيق المعالجة. في المجموعة الأولى تراوحت مدة الاستشفاء بين (3-5 ) أيام لدى (81.55%) , وبين (5-7) أيام لدى (10.67%) , وأكثر من أسبوع لدى (7.76%) فقط. أما في المجموعة الثانية فقد تراوحت مدة الاستشفاء بين (3-5) أيام لدى (12.62%) فقط, وبين (5-7) أيام لدى (47.57 %) وهي النسبة العظمى, وأكثر من أسبوع لدى (39.81%) , وبذلك فان مدة الاستشفاء كانت لدى المجموعة الثانية أطول من المجموعة الأولى.
The study included /206/ infants of the admitted children to AL–ASAAD Teaching Hospital whose ages ranged between 3 months and 2 years and suffered from the first episode of bronchitis. Those children were divided into two equal groups: the first was treated by systemic corticosteroid and inhaled bronchodilators, while the second was treated only by inhaling bronchodilators. The average response to treatment in the first group was (87.37%), while the average response treatment in the second was only (13.6%). The period of hospitalization was /3-5/ days (81.55%), and /5-7/ days (10.67%), and more than a week for (7.76%) in the first group, while the period of hospitalization was /3-5/ days for (12.62%), and /5-7/ days for (47.57%), and more than a week for (39.81%).
