دراسة التغيرات التشريحية للحوية الحقانية من خلال تنظير مفصل الكتف وصور الطبقي والرنين

Abstract

إن التنوع الطبيعي هو الشكل المختلف عن الطبيعي (لكنه ليس مرضياً) للحوية الحقانية والأربطة العضدية الحقانية, هو ما يجعل تفسير وقراءة الصور المجراة بالرنين المغناطيسي أو الطبقي المحوري لمفصل الكتف أكثر صعوبةً في تمييز هذه الأشكال عن بعضها,  وبناءً على ذلك فإن ازدياد المسافة بين الجوف الحقاني والحوية, أو المنظر الشعاعي غير المنتظم لحواف الحوية, أو الانفصال الوحشي للحوية يمكن أن يوحي بأنها حالات تمزق مرضي أكثر منه تنوعاً طبيعياً.

يُعدّ تنظير مفصل الكتف وسيلة تشخيصية وعلاجية في الوقت نفسه, يمكن من خلاله دراسة التشريح الطبيعي للمفصل, وتمييز التغيرات الطبيعية عن المرضية  بشكل  مباشر وأقل صعوبة  من قراءة صور الرنين ويمكن استقصاء الحوية والأربطة مباشرة بالعين المجردة.

Interpretation of computed tomographic and magnetic resonance arthrograms of the shoulder is complicated by normal variants of the labrum and glenohumeral ligaments. Increased distance between the labrum and the glenoid, an irregular appearance of the labral margin, or lateral extension of the separation may suggest a SLAP lesion rather than a normal anatomic variant. However, differentiation between normal variants and pathologic conditions and between various types of superior labrum anterior to posterior lesions (SLAP) remains difficult.

Arthroscopic examination, is a diagnostic and therapeutic easy exam, we can study the normal anatomy, normal variants and pathologic lesion of glenoid labrum  and related ligaments.
