الخصائص الشكلية والوظيفية لتناذر مور II - دراسة سريرية لثلاث حالات
Abstract
يتميز هذا النوع من التناذرات بأنه يصيب كلا الجنسين وراثياً كصفة متنحية. يلاحظ عند المصاب في هذا التناذر زيادة في عدد أصابيع اليدين وأصابع القدمين، عدم انتظام شكل الأنف، غياب تضاريس الأذن الخارجية، وجود لسان مضاعف، شفة أو قبة حنك مشقوقة، التهاب لثة وفرط تصنع لثةالتهابي ، وأخيراً تغير في الصيغة السنية.أجريت دراسة تحليلية شعاعية للجمجمة عند ثلاثة إخوة مصابين بهذا النوع من التناذرات ، وقد بلغت أعمارهم على التالي (16،14،♂) (9♀) ، إضافة لذلك فقد أجريت صور بانورامية للفكين، دراسة للأمثلة الجبسية، صور ضوئية للوجه والأطراف العلوية والسلفية، إضافة للقصة السريرية. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الشعاعي الجانبي للجمجمة: 1ـ التوضع الوحشي للفك السفلي ، وذلك من خلال الزاوية SNB= 68.66 o2ـ دوران الفك السفلي نحو الخلف القيم الكبيرة للزوايا GO2=86.26 o ـ ML-NSL=50.60 نسبة SGo-NMe=53.18.3ـ الميلان في جسم الفك السفلي خاصة منطقة زاوية الفك السفلي.4ـ (تطاول) القناة السنية السفلية. 5ـ زيادة في طول الوجه الأمامي. 6ـ شكل الجزء السفلي لجسم الفك السفلي وذروة الذقن.
ِPatients with orofacial digital syndrome -an autosomal- recessive hereditary defect - are distinguished for accompanying various cases of polydactylism in their hands and feet, gingival hyperplasia, absence of external ear details, distinct disorders in the nasal shape and diglossia. A study of changes in the cephalometry has been made for two brothers (16 and 14 years of age) and a sister (at 9 years of age). The results have shown the following changes: 1- Posterior position of the lower jaw with deficiency in growing and an average value of the angle SNB - 68.66°. 2- Posterior rotation of the lower jaw and an average value of the angle G02 - 86.26°. 3- The average value of the angle ML-NSL = 50.60°. 4- Ratio of MeN/SG = 53.18. 5- Excess in the lower jaw body. 6- Elongation of the mandibular canal. 7- Abnormal morphology of the lower jaw border and mental apex. 8- Increase of the angular Cephalometr measurements proportional to the age.
