تقييم شفاء الآفات حول الذروية باستخدام ماءات الكالسيوم

Abstract

تم إجراء دراسة سريرية لمعرفة تأثير استخدام ماءات الكالسيوم في شفاء الآفات جول الذروية, ودراسة مدى تأثير حجم الآفة على شفاء الآفة حول الذروية أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة مؤلفة من 80 سناً غير حية وحيدة الجذر مترافقة بآفات ذروية ذات أحجام مختلفة وتم تقسيم العينة إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة الأولى 40 سنا تم حشوها باستخدام ماءات الكاسيوم على شكل معجون من نوع ultra kalx5

المجموعة الثانية 40 سنا تم حشوها باستخدام أقماع الكوتابركا الحاوية على ماءات الكالسيوم roeko.

تشير النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من الدراسة إلى زيادة نسبة النجاح عند أفراد المجموعة الأولى, ولكن بفروق ليست ذات دلائل إحصائية, بالمقارنة بما عليه الحال في أفراد المجموعة الثانية, وان شفاء الآفات صغيرة الحجم كان أسرع مما عليه الحال في آفات الحجم الكبير

 

This study aims to investigate healing periapicallesions of non-vital teethusing calcium hydroxide and also to find the relationship between the size of periapical lesions and healing 80 cases divided into twogroups:

First group 40 teeth obturated by calcium hydroxide (ultra cal x5)

Second group 40 teeth obturated by cuttapercha points containing calcium hydroxide (roeko)

The result showed that the healing lesion of group (1)more than in the group (2)but without important difference also with healing of lesion more occurrence in small perapical size.
