دراسة الضغط داخل العين عند المرضى الحسيرين
Abstract
لقد تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على 304 من المصابين بحسر البصر والذين راجعوا المشفى الأسد الجامعي،وقد تم دراسة وتحليل العلاقة التي تربط بين حسر البصر وكل من العوامل التالية (قياس الضغط داخل العين ،العمر، الجنس وتفاوت أسواء الانكساربين العينين(حيث تم حساب مقدار الضغط داخل العين بواسطة جهاز قياس الضغط داخل العين غولدمن, وكذلك تم حساب درجة حسر البصر بواسطة مقياس Autorefractometre وتم معالجة هذه المعلومات بواسطة برنامج SPSS المتخصص, فتوصلنا إلى أنه ليس للسن والجنس تأثير جدير بالذكر على الضغط داخل العين, وليس لحسر البصر تأثيرملحوظ إحصائيا على الضغط داخل العين حتى في حالات حسر البصر العالي والمنخفض, وعند دراسة ارتباط اختلاف حسر البصر (myopia difference)واختلاف الضغط داخل العين (IOP difference) تبين وجود ارتباط ضعيف.
واستنتجنا أن الضغط داخل العين لا يتأثر بعوامل السن والجنس وحسر البصر وفقط يرتفع بنسبة ضئيلة بازدياد حسر البصر, ويمكن أن يكون هذا الارتفاع عائداً إلى أخطاء أثناء القياس.
This study has been carried out on 304 patients who had visited ophthalmology clinic in Al-Assad hospital in Lattakia in 2009, to find out if there is a relationship between Myopia, Intra Ocular Pressure (IOP), age and sex.
The IOP was measured by Goldman tonometer and the myopia was measured by an autorefractometer; and the statistical analyses were done by SPSS program.
The analyses showed that there was no significant relationship between age or sex and IOP. Also, there was no significant relationship between Myopia and IOP, even in patients with high Myopia. A weak relationship between Myopia-diff and IOP-diff was noted.
For conclusion, this study has not found any significant effect of age, sex and Myopia on the IOP.
