التّحرّي الشّعاعيّ لختم الإسمنت الرّاتنجيّ المستخدم لإلصاق أوتاد الرّاتنج المركّب المقوّى بالألياف
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى تقييم نسبة تشكّل الفقاعات والفجوات عند سطوح الاتصال البينيّة لمجموعة "وتد-إسمنت-عاج" شعاعيّاً؛ عند إلصاق أوتاد FRC بواسطة عدّة إسمنتاتٍ راتنجيّة.
حُضِّرت أغمدةٌ لاستقبال أوتاد FRC، ضمن الأقنية الجذريّة لـ 21 جذراً موزّعاً بشكلٍ عشوائيٍّ ضمن ثلاث مجموعاتٍ متساوية، وهيِّئَت جدران الأقنية الجذريّة والأوتاد للإلصاق حسب توصيات المصنع، ثمّ ألصِقَت الأوتاد ضمن كل مجموعةٍ بأحد الإسمنتات المُختَبَرة "Multilink، Variolink II، Tetric Flow" عن طريق تغطية الوتد بالإسمنت، وبعد تصلّب الإسمنتات؛ صوِّرَت جميع العيّنات شعاعيّاً، ليتمّ تحرّي نسبة وجود الفقاعات أو الفجوات عند سطوح الاتّصال لكلٍّ منها.
تشكّلت الفقاعات والفجوات في 43% من عيّنات مجموعة Multilink، وفي 71% من عيّنات مجموعة Variolink II، وفي 14% من عيّنات مجموعة Tetric Flow؛ الّتي أبدت النّسبة الأقل بين المجموعات الثلاث، وكانت نسبة تشكّل الفقاعات والفجوات في جميع عيّنات البحث 43%.
This study aimed to evaluate the percentage of bubble\void formation at “post-cement-dentin” interfaces for gluing FRC posts, using different resin cements. Post spaces were prepared to receive FRC posts in the root canals of 21 teeth, randomly divided into 3 equal groups. Canals and posts were conditioned according to manufacturer instructions; then each post was covered with one of the tested resin cements "Multilink, Variolink II, and Tetric Flow" and inserted into its space. After curing; radiographs were taken, and interfaces were observed to record the percentage of bubble\void formation incidence. Bubbles\voids were found in 43% of "Multilink" group specimens, in 71% of "Variolink II", and in 14% of "Tetric Flow", which showed the lowest percentage of the three groups. They were found in 43% of all specimens.
