أهمية الأمواج فوق الصوتية في تشخيص المبيض متعدد الكيسات
Abstract
أجري هذا البحث لتبيان دور الأمواج فوق الصوتية في تشخيص المبيض متعدد الكيسات ،إذ تمت دراسة المظاهر الصدوية للمبيضين، وطلب التحاليل الهرمونية المناسبة لتأكيد التشخيص.
شملت الدراسة (105) مريضة من مراجعات مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية ممن يعانين من مظاهر المرض سواءً أكان واحداً أو أكثر.
تراوحت أعمار معظم المريضات بين (20-30) سنة (76%). وكانت المظاهر السريرية الأكثر وروداً: الشعرانية (77.14%)، عدم انتظام الدورة الشهرية (52%)، و زيادة الوزن(24.7%). في حين كانت المظاهر الصدوية الأهم: زيادة حجم المبيض (72.38%للأيمن ،76.19%للأيسر)، وجود الجريبات الصغيرة العديدة (أكثر من 5 بالمقطع) (76%للأيمن،64.7%للأيسر) ، زيادة صدوية اللحمة(75%) .
تم تشخيص المرض هرمونياً عند (95 مريضة-90.4%)، أعطت (80 مريضة-84.2%) منها مظاهر صدوية في حين بلغ عدد الحالات المشخصة صدويا وغير مثبتة هرمونيا (10 حالات-9.5%).
This study was performed to show the role of ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary. The echoic manifestations of ovaries were studied, the hormonic tests were also requested to confirm the diagnosis. The study included (105) patients whom attended the University Al-Assad Hospital in Lattakia with one or more manifestations of such a disease. The age of most patients was between (20-30) years (75)%. The most common clinical manifestations included: hirsutism (77.14)%, irregular menses(52)%, and obesity(24.7)%. The most important echoic manifestations were: ovary enlargement(72.38%ro, 76.19%lo), multiple follicles (76%ro, 64.7%lo), and hyper echoic stroma (75%). The disease was hormonally diagnosed in (90.4%), and (84.2%) of them gave echoic manifestations. (9.5%) of the patients were echoic diagnosed and not confirmed by hormonic tests.
