دراسة سريرية مقارنة لأداء ترميمات الكومبوزيت في الأسنان الحية والمعالجة لبياً
Abstract
إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة السريرية هو مقارنة بين نتائج تطبيق الكومبوزيت على الأسنان الحية والمعالجة لبياً. لقد تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من الأسنان البشرية وعددها (80) سناً منها (40) سناً فيها حيوية و (40) سناً ( خضعت لمعالجة لبية ) .
لقد هيأ حفر من الصنف الأول على الأسنان الحية مستأصلة اللب ورممت بالكومبوزيت من النوع
(Mega Fill .M.H). أظهرت النتائج أن حدوث التغير اللوني في حشوات الكومبوزيت وانكسار النسج السنية والحشوات الترميمية ونكس النخر يكون أكبر في الأسنان مستأصلة اللب .
The aim of this study is to compare composite restorations on vital and Endodontical Treatment Teeth.
This study includes 80 teeth: 40 vital and 40 non vital. These teeth are resorted by composite (Mega Fill. M.H).
The result showed that the highest percentage of discoloration, tooth Fractures, Restoration Fractures, and recurrent caries were in Endodontical Treatment of Teeth.
