فعالية استخدام Liv -52 في معالجة التشمعات الكبدية
Abstract
مما يدعو للدهشة شيوع استعمال النباتات الطبية في بلدنا وفي العالم. في بحثنا هذا ندرس فعالية ال Liv-52 الشائع الاستعمال في سورية في معالجة امراض الكبد والتشمعات الكبدية عند 16 مريضاً مصاباً بالتشمع الكبدي, حيث أعطوا ال Liv-52 بشكل متواصل لمدة تتراوح بين شهر الى عشرة أشهر, أعيد بعدها تقييم وظيفة الخلية الكبدية ودراسة التبدلات الحاصلة على المعايير الحيوية لتبيان فعالية استخدام ال Liv-52 في معالجة التشمعات الكبدية, وذلك بمعايرة مايلي :
ALT – AST – ALP – GGT –Total Bilirubine – Direct Bilirubine – Indirect Bilirubine Serum Albumin – Prothrombine Time
في نفس الوقت أجري معايرة ال αFP عند كافة المرضى للبحث المبكر عن الإصابة بسرطان الخلية الكبدية البدئي
The Astonishing Renaissance of Herbal Medicine in Our Country and Every Where Else, has encouraged me to start this research about The Efficacy of Liv-52 usually used in Syria as herbal–drug in the treatment of liver liseases, and Liver Cirrhosis. In this study, we used Liv-52 at 16 Cirrhotic patients, for one to ten months and we restudy the modifications of Hepatocellular tunction tests including ALT, AST, ALP, GGT , total Bilirubine, Direct Bilirubine, indirect Bilirubine, Serum Albumin, prothrombine time. Also we investigate α FP in all patients for Early Detection of Hepatocellular Carcinoma. The aim of this study is the assessment of improvement at Hepatocellular Function in Cirrhotic patients after Liv-52 therapy.
