تقييم فعالية المعالجة المتناوبة ببنزيل البيروكسيد والكليندامايسين مقابل كل من هذين المستحضرين على حدة في العد الشائع
Abstract
تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على219 مريض عد توزعوا بحسب شدة العد سريريا بين الخفيف والمتوسط والشديد، كما تم تقسيمهم إلى ثلاث مجموعات:عولجت المجموعة الأولى ببنزيل البيروكسيد جيل(%2.5) مرة يوميا لمدة اثني عشر أسبوعا، أما المجموعة الثانية فقد عولجت بالكلندامايسين جيل(%1) بالطريقة والمدة نفسهما؛ وأما المجموعة الثالثة فقد تم تطبيق ببنزيل البيروكسيد جيل(%2.5) والكلندامايسين جيل(%1) بالتناوب للمدة السابقة نفسها .
أثبتت دراستنا أن المعالجة المتناوبة ببنزيل البيروكسيد جيل (%2.5) والكلندامايسين جيل (%1) تعطي نسبة نجاح تفوق كل من هذين المستحضرين على حدة .
This study included 219 patients divided according the clinical severity into: mild , moderate and severe acne. The patients were divided into three gropes: The first grope has been treated with benzyl peroxide gel(2.5%) once daily for twelve weeks ; the second grope has been treated with clindamycine gel (1%) by the same way and for the same period ; while the third grope has been treated with benzylperoxide gel (2.5%) and clindamycine gel (1%) alternatively for the same period.
Our study proved that alternative treatment with benzylperoxide(2.5%) gel and clindamycine gel (1%) gives better results than each of these two product separately.
