Abstract

أجريت الدراسة في قسم الأطفال في مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية بشكل راجع .

مدة الدراسة عام كامل (من 1-1-2010 حتى 31-12-2010).

بلغ عدد الوفيات 30 حالة ما عدا مرحلة الوليد .

كان هناك رجحان في وفيات الذكور إلى الإناث 3\2 .

السبب الأول للوفيات كانت التشوهات الولادية بنسبة26.6% تلتها الانتانات الرئوية بنسبة20% ثم الأمراض الاستقلابية والأورام بنسبة متساوية 16,6% .

The mortaliy rate was found to be 30

This is a retrospective study conducted at al-Assad University Hospital (from 01/01/2010 to 31/12/2010).

(other than neonates).

The mortality gender was more in males than females(3/2).

the major causes of mortality were found to be as listed:

1.congenital abnormalities (26.6 %).

2.pulmonary infections (20 %).

3.metabolic diseases (16.6 %).

4.tumors (16.6 %).
