دراسة سريريّة لتقييم الانطباق الحفافي للكومبوزت الهجيني التقليدي والكومبوزت الهجيني المملوء بالجزيئات الخزفيّة في ترميمات الصنف الثاني على الأسنان المؤقّتة

Abstract

إنَّ قِلَّة الدراسات التي تتناول استخدام الكومبوزت على الأسنان المؤقّتة عند الأطفال ومع زيادة الميل لاستخدام هذا النوع من الترميمات على الأسنان المؤقّتة. وبسبب قِلَّة الدراسات السريريّة التي تتناول موضوع الانطباق الحفافي في الأسنان المؤقّتة كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة تقييم الانطباق الحفافي سريريّاً لكل من الكومبوزت الهجيني
(In Tens) والكومبوزت المُقوَّى بالجزيئات الخزفيّة (Tetric Ceram HB) مع المادّة الرابطة ذاتيّة التخريش (Adhes E) في ترميم الأرحاء الثانية السُفليّة المؤقّتة ومراقبتها لمدة3)) و(6) و(12) شهراً. حيثُ تمَّ إجراء (40) ترميماً من الصنف الثاني على الأرحاء الثانية السُفليّة المؤقّتة لدى (30) طفلاً. وقُسِّمَت هذه الترميمات إلى مجموعتين؛تضمُّ كُلٌّ منها(20) ترميماً؛ حيث طُبِّقت في المجموعة الأولى مادّة (InTens) مع المادّة الرابطة
(Adhes E). وفي المجموعة الثانية مادّة (Tetric Ceram HB) مع المادة الرابطة نفسها. وتمَّت مراقبة المجموعتين مدة (3) و(6) و(12) شهراً. لم تكن هناك فروقاً هامّةً إحصائيّاً بين المجموعتين خلال كامل فترات المراقبة. بينما ظهرت فروقاً هامَّة إحصائيّاً لتأثير الزمن على جودة الانطباق الحفافي في كُلٍّ من المجموعتين. وبينت الدراسة أنَّ المادتين المُستخدمتَين قد أظهرتا انطباقاً حفافيّاً جيّداً بعد مرور (12) شهراً على تطبيقها ويمكن استخدامها في ترميم الأسنان المؤقّتة الخلفيّة عند الأطفال.

Due to the increasing use of composites on primary teeth, and the lack of studies regarding its marginal integrity; this study aims at evaluating marginal integrity of hybrid composite (InTens) and ceramic reinforced composite (Tetric Ceram HB) bonded with self eching bond agent (Adhes E) for restoring second primary molars, with observation interval of 3, 6, 12 months. 40 class II restorations were made on 30 children and categorized into two groups; each consists of  20 restorations, InTens material was applied with Adhes E bonding agent in the first group, while Tetric Ceram HB was applied in the second group. After observation periods of 3, 6, 12 months, it was resulted that there are no statistical significant difference between the two groups for the whole follow up period, while there was a significant impact of time on the marginal integrity of the restorations in both groups. Furthermore, it was concluded that the two materials had a good marginal integrity after 12 months and could be used for restoring primary posterior teeth.
