دراسة انتشار النخر السني عند الأطفال بعمر 13-15 سنة في مدينة اللاذقية
Abstract
تعتبر النخور السنية من أكثر الأمراض المزمنة شيوعاً وانتشاراً, حيث تسهم دراسة انتشار النخر السني في مجموعة سكانية محددة في وضع الخطط اللازمة لمعالجته والوقاية منه.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد نسبة انتشار وشدة النخر السني عند الأطفال في عمر13-15سنة في مدينة اللاذقية, وإلى دراسة تأثير بعض العوامل المؤثرة في شدة النخر عند هؤلاء الأطفال.
ضمنت العينة 1680 طفل وطفلة. تم تقسيم الأطفال إلى أربع مجموعات بالاعتماد على درجة شدة النخر السني لديهم, جرى تحديد بعض العوامل التي تؤثر في النخر السني (نوع الرضاعة, مستوى العناية بالصحة الفموية, المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للأهل).
أظهر تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها أن نسبة انتشار النخر السني عند هذه العينة بلغ1.92 ±67.1%, قيمة مشعر شدة النخرDMFT لكل طفل 2.35. كما أظهرت الدراسة علاقة بعض العوامل مع شدة النخر السني: عامل الرضاعة الاصطناعية, عامل العناية بالصحة الفموية وعامل المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للأهل حيث تميزت بفروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مجموعات الدراسة.
As dental caries are among the most common chronic diseases, the study of their prevalence and severity in a specific population area can contribute to constructing necessary plans for treatment and prevention.
This study aimed to assess the rate of prevalence and severity of dental caries in
13 -15 years – old children in Lattakia City and to study the effects of the different factors and their relation to the grade of the severity of the dental caries.
The study was conducted on 1680 children. The sample was divided into four main groups, depending on the grade of severity of the dental caries. The analysis of data showed that the prevalence of dental caries was 67.1±1.92% and the DMFT value was 2.35. The study also showed that mother feeding, the factor of dental care and socioeconomical factors are important in all groups.
