عواقب واختلاطات العملية القيصرية
Abstract
تقدم هذه الدراسة نتائج حول العملية القيصرية ونسبة الاختلاطات أثناء وبعد العمل الجراحي خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 1/1/2002 ولغاية 1/9/2003.
اعتمدنا في الدراسة على وضع استمارة تتضمن كافة المعلومات الأساسية في التوليد لكل مريضة أجري لها عملية قيصرية ضمن مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية.
· بلغ عدد الولادات الإجمالي في هذه الفترة 3952 ولادة، 2799 منها ولادة طبيعية.
· بلغ عدد القيصريات 1153 قيصرية بنسبة مئوية 29.17% في هذه الفترة.
· عدد القيصريات التي حدث فيها اختلاط 113 قيصرية أي نسبة الاختلاطات 9.8%.
· أكثر الاختلاطات شيوعاً كانت النزف بنسبة 6.07%.
· تمت مقارنة النتائج مع نتائج ودراسات جامعة دمشق والنتائج العالمية.
This study includes results of C.S (cesarean section). and the rate of coplication during and after surgery in the period 1/1/2002 - 1/9/2003.
In our study we depend on a formula for patients after having C.S on them in Al-ASSAD University Hospital - obstetric department during 1/1/2002 - 1/9/2003.
· The whole number of deliveries in this period is 3952 (2799 delivered vaginaly).
· The number of C.S is 1153.
· The rate of C.S in this period is 29.17%.
· The rate of coplications C.S is 9.8%.
· The most common complication is hemorrhage (6.07%).
· We have made a comparison between our results and world results
