الارتباط بين عرض القوس السنية و الصفات الشكلية الشعاعية للرأس في المستوى العمودي لدى مرضى الصنف الأول

Abstract

Study broblem: we'll study the relationship between dental arch width and facial radiographic morphology in vertical plane to benefit from this relationship in diagnosis. Aims: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between dental arch width and facial radiographic morphology in vertical plane by using lateral cephalometric radiographs and dental models. Materials and methods: The research sample consisted of 51 lateral cephalometric radigraphs and dental cast for patients with class I malocclusion their ages 18-27 years, they referred the orthodontic department in faculty of dentistry in teshreen university. all patients had been imagimg in D(n.k) radiography center by CRANEX® Excel Ceph device, and we used a software AUDAX 5 ADVANTAGE to tracing the cephalometric radiographs, and the IOS-USA digital caliper to measure the dental arch dimenision s,then Pearson test was applied using (SPSS version 24). Results: a negative correlation was observed between ML\SN angle & Bjork sum with upper and lower intercanine and interpremolar and intermolar width, and positive correlation between the same value with jarabak ratio. Conclusion: Correlation between between dental arch width and facial radiographic morphology in vertical plane .

مشكلة البحث : قمنا في هذا البحث بدراسة العلاقة ما بين عرض القوس السنية مع الصفات الشكلية الشعاعية للرأس في المستوى العمودي للاستفادة من هذه العلاقة بالنواحي التشخيصية. الهدف : أجريت هذه الدراسة لتحري الارتباط بين عرض القوس السنية و الصفات الشكلية الشعاعية للرأس في المستوى العمودي وذلك باستخدام صور شعاعية قياسية جانبية للجمجمة و أمثلة جبسية  .المواد والطرق : تألفت عينة البحث من51  صورة سيفالومترية جانبية و51 زوج من الأمثلة الجبسية لمرضى سوء إطباق من الصنف الأول تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (18-27) عام كانوا قد راجعوا قسم تقويم الأسنان والفكين في كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة تشرين بغية إجراء معالجة تقويمية،جميع المرضى تم تصويرهم باستخدام جهاز التصوير الشعاعي CRANEX® Excel Ceph ، و تم ترسيم الصور الشعاعية بواسطة البرنامج الحاسوبي AUDAX 5 ADVANTAGE،و بالنسبة للأمثلة الجبسية تم إجراء القياسات عليه بواسطة مسماك رقمي IOS-USA، تلا ذلك تم تطبيق اختبار(بيرسون) الإحصائي باستخدام برنامج (SPSS الإصدار 24  . النتائج: وجود ارتباط عكسي بين العرض ما بين النابي العلوي والسفلي والعرض بين الضاحكي العلوي و السفلي
و العرض بين الرحوي العلوي و السفلي مع الزاوية  ML\SN (زاوية مستوى الفك السفلي مع قاعدة القحف الأمامية ) و مجموع بيورك وارتباط طردي بين نفس القيم مع نسبة جاراباك الاستنتاج:  وجود ارتباط بين عرض القوس السنية
و الصفات الشعاعية للرأس في المستوى العمودي.
