Abstract

4% of couples show difficulty in childbearing, the main male responsibility constitutes 20%, and the shared male responsibility constitutes about 59% outside the use of the GNRH (Gonadotropin-releasing hormone).

In vitro fertilization and assisted fertilization, it takes severe disturbances related to male infertility. Depending on the previous results, sperm freezing should be taken into consideration in each case it is indicated.

The genetic risk is through: amniocentesis, it is noted that deletion and exchange of places for chromosome W is similar to that in other pregnancies. However, spouses should always be directed to perform genetic counseling, especially since the lack of sperm can be caused by hereditary origins.

Congenital complications: No significant increase in the proportion of congenital complications was observed compared to other pregnancies.
