Abstract

The distinctive strategic location of Syria contributed to making it this group of small groups throughout history. In the second millennium BC, which is a specific period of time, the political situation in Syria was volatile, as it was the field of field between the major powers at that time (the Mitanni - the Hittites - the Egyptians).

Fights took place on its territory, the purpose of which was its natural resources and its trade routes, AS Egypt sought  to secure its eastern borders. which made it appear as a political unit, by establishing a political unit that protects it from its ambitions, which made it weak in facing it.
