La flore dans la poésie de Ronsard : art visuel ou philosophie?
Abstract
Le savoir botanique a toujours été le champ préféré des images de toute création poétique.
La poésie, cet outil de communication, se voit volontairement accompagnée de différentes formes d'expression, telles la peinture et la musique. Le poète établit souvent une correspondance entre ses sentiments et le paysage qu'il décrit.
À défaut de langue commune directe, susceptible d'attirer l'attention sur le beau, la poésie est là pour le faire et pour accomplir un rôle communicatif et social à la fois.
Les poètes ont adroitement pu réconcilier entre poésie et arts, et ont fait preuve d'amour et de fidélité à ce monde d'inspiration qu'est la nature. Cette dernière leur offrait un éventail de choix pour que, à la fin, leurs poèmes sortent riches et imprégnés de couleurs et d'odeurs.
Dans la poésie de Ronsard, qui abonde d'images de flore, un flagrant penchant pour la rose cherche à orner sa poésie et à la charger de messages. Derrière cette prédilection se cache une idée, un désir, une passion voire une psychologie.
