Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of random housing, and to identify the reasons that led to the emergence of these housing in cities, the problems they suffer, their characteristics, the quality of services provided to their inhabitants, their development and the upgrading of their level, especially educational services, because of their great importance and great impact, so securing them in the required manner is an urgent necessity before the state, especially For the basic education stage, and in these densely populated areas, The research also laments the possible solutions that contribute to reducing the phenomenon of random housing because of the problems it causes due to the illegal attacks of its residents on the lands belonging to the state, and the possibility of improving services so as to achieve the well-being and comfort of the citizens, especially educational services, and we will study the Al-Datour neighborhood as a model for random housing Because the solution starts from the heart of those small neighborhoods, which are considered human and residential poles that are important for their development and development.

the study reached important results, such as the low services provided to Datour neighborhood, especially educational services, student overcrowding in the people, and the large number of students, which negatively affects education. It was also noted that schools are concentrated in the western part of the neighborhood and their clusters are close to each other.
