The research titled (The Narrative Elements in Fayez Khaddour's Poetry) highlights an important aspect of the poet's poetic experience that was opened up to other literary arts and genres that exploited its techniques from, creating methods to express the reality of modern life, and achieving a kind of textual pluralism, uniqueness and authenticity. Hence, the poet’s artistic methods and techniques that he invested in constructing the poetic text diversified, such as "narration", to establish a relationship of interaction, overlapping and mutual integration between the "abstract" that is general and the "specific" that is related to a vivid actual experience of his own.
Thus, the ability of the modern Arabic poem appeared to be compliant, conveyable, and transforming.
In this research, we’ll discuss two techniques: the event and the character, as two main elements of the narrative elements in Khaddour’s poetry.
