Secondary school students’ perception of the concept of deviant behavior

Abstract

The current research addresses the perceptions of secondary school students about the concept of deviant behavior, this phenomenon that is widespread among all societies, regardless of its diverse manifestations, forms, and mechanisms for dealing with it, this research aimed to identify the perception of secondary school students about the concept of deviant behavior. and the outcome of this research stated that there are no differences between the sample members' perception of deviant behavior due to the variables of gender and place of residence, And that there are no differences between the perceptions of the sample members due to the variable of the educational level of the parents.                                          

The descriptive analytical approach was used and the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data from the field.
