The Training Needs of Kindergarten Teachers in the light of the Electronic Education and Digital Transformation Requirements from their points of view Afield Study on Kindergarten Institutions in Lattakia City

Abstract

        The research aim to identify the Training Needs for Kindergartens Teachers in the light of the Electronic Education and Digital Transformation Requirements from their points of view in Lattakia City, also to define the differences in the Teachers point of view about the Training Needs according to these variables (scientific qualification, years of experience). The research used the descriptive analytical approach. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (32) statements distributed into three sections, were applied on sample (274) Teachers during the academic year of (2018 – 2019). Validity of the questionnaire was established though a number (9) of the teaching staff of faculty at Damascus and Tishreen Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (28) Teachers, Reliability was established through Cronbach – Alpha (0.889), and Guttman Split-Half (0.895) which indicate to high Reliability to questionnaire.

         The research results showed that the Kindergarten Teachers training needs in the light of the Electronic Education and Digital Transformation Requirements came a middle-grade. In fact, there are found differences from the view point of the of sample of Teachers research about the training needs in the light of the Electronic Education and Digital Transformation Requirements according to the variable scientific qualification in favour of license and the Education Preparation Diploma, and according to the variable years of experience, in favour of experienced (less from of 5 years).  

       In light of the findings of the research results, Among these suggestions was the application training courses for Kindergarten Teachers to suitability with the needs for Kindergartens Teachers, and preparation the Kindergarten of Institutions in laboratory and technique to carry out the children needs.
