This study aimed to identify the degree to which the components of digital transformation exist, and the degree to which there are challenges and obstacles to this transformation in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting data, from the study sample, which consisted of (386) workers in The Ministry. The results concluded that the elements of digital transformation related to both human resources and infrastructure are present in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education to a moderate degree. They also showed a high degree of the presence of obstacles and challenges that stand in the way of achieving this transformation. Finally, the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the answers. Sample members asked about the degree of existence of the components of digital transformation, and the degree of existence of challenges and obstacles to this transformation in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education, which are attributed to the variables: gender, nationality, and number of years of experience.
