The importance of Endowing the the Health concepts to Child of Kindergartens from the view point of the Managers and Teachers Kindergartens in Tartous City
Abstract
This research aims to definition the importance of Endowing the the Health concepts to Child of Kindergartens from the view point of the Managers and Teachers in Tartous City, also tries to identify the differences in their opinions based on the following variables: (educational qualification, experience, the functional name). The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (52) methods, distributed to four areas, then applied to a sample of (254) Kindergarten Managers and Teachers for the academic year 2017/2018. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen and Tartus Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (36) Kindergarten Managers and Teachers, Reliability was established by Cronbach Alpha Reliability at least (0.944), and (0.983) at Spearman-Brown. The research ended up with the following results: - The importance of Endowing the Health concepts to Child of Kindergartens from the view point of the Managers and Teachers in Tartous City was middle degree. - No statistically significant differences regarding the importance of Endowing the Health concepts to Child of Kindergartens from the view point of the Managers and Teachers in Tartous City according to experience. - There are statistically significant differences regarding the importance of Endowing the Health concepts to Child of Kindergartens from the view point of the Managers and Teachers in Tartous City according to (educational qualification, the functional name). The research also provided suggestions of interest in Health concepts and care of Children in Kindergartens and house and application of the Health education programs at the start of the kindergartens stage.
