الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالصلابة النفسية (دراسة ميدانية لدى عينة من مرضى السكري في محافظة اللاذقية)
Abstract
هدف البحث إلى تعرف العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والصلابة النفسية، وكذلك الفروق في هذه المتغيرات في كل من الدخل المادي والمؤهل العلمي لدى الأفراد الذين يعانون من مرض السكري نمط (A) في محافظة اللاذقية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (750) مريضاً ومريضة بواقع (416) مريضاً و(334) مريضة من مرضى السكري في محافظة اللاذقية تراوحت أعمارهم بين (15-60) بمتوسط عمري قدره (35) عاماً. واستخدمت الباحثة لهذا الغرض مقياس الضغوط النفسية، ومقياس الصلابة النفسية حيث تم التعرف على خصائصهما السيكومترية لدى عينة استطلاعية من مرضى السكري.
وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية:
- وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط النفسية والصلابة النفسية لدى أفراد عينة البحث.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياسي الضغوط النفسية والصلابة النفسية تبعاً لمتغيري البحث: (مستوى الدخل المادي، المؤهل العلمي).
واستخلصت الباحثة مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات لتحسين مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى السكري.
The objective of this research is to find out the relationship between psychological pressure and mental toughness, and to find out the differences in these variables regarding the income and academilc qualification of people who suffer from diabetes (A) in Lattakia Province. The study sample consisted of (750) diabetics, (416) males and (334) females. The ages ranged between 15 and 60 years with an average of 35 years. For this purpose, the researcher used psychological pressures scale and mental toughness scale, where their psychometric characteristics were identified through an empirical sample.
The research yielded the following results:
- There is a statistically significant positive relationship between psychological pressure and mental toughness in the research sample.
- There are statistically significant differences at the indication level (0.05) between the average scores of the answers of the members of the research sample on the psychological pressure scale and mental toughness scale depending on the research's twovariables: (level of income, academic qualification).
The researcher found a number of propositions including:
1. Designing programs for patients with diabetes to ease the psychological pressure they suffer from, and improve the level of mental toughness they have.
2. Working to increase health awareness among diabetics through courses on their disease and its symptoms and complications.
