واقع الممارسات الإدارية لمديري المدارس في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي "دراسة ميدانية في مدينة اللاذقية"
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الممارسات الإدارية لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة اللاذقية في مجالات التخطيط المدرسي, وتنظيم العمل ضمن فريق, واتخاذ القرار, والتقويم, ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تمّ بناء استبانة, وتطبيقها على عينة من المديرين بلغت (258) مديراً تمّ اختيارها عشوائياً, وانتهى البحث إلى النتائج التالية:
1- إن واقع الممارسات الإدارية لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في مجال التخطيط المدرسي وتنظيم العمل ضمن فريق واتخاذ القرار والتقويم واقع جيد ويتسم بدرجة عالية من المسؤولية والوعي.
2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المديرين في واقع الممارسات الإدارية بالنسبة إلى متغيرات الجنس, والمؤهل العلمي, وعدد سنوات الخبرة الإدارية, وعدد الدورات التدريبية.
This research aims at diagnosing the reality of administrative practices by the basic teaching schools managers in Lattakia, in the field of school planning, organizing work within a team, making decisions, and reforming. In order to achieve the goals of the research, a survey has been done and applied to a sample of (258) managers selected randomly. The research ended up with these results:
1) the reality of administrative practices by the basic teaching schools managers in Lattakia, in the field of school planning, organizing work within a team, making decisions, and reforming is good; it is highly responsible and conscious.
2) There are statistical differences among the managers in the the reality of administrative practices concerning the changes of gender, scientific qualifications, the number of years of the administrative experience, and the number of the training courses.
