Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع احتمالات الهطل في إقليم الساحل والجبال الساحلية، وفي هذا السياق يستعرض البحث تذبذب كميات الهطل من خلال دراسة قيم الانحراف المعياري ومعامل الاختلاف وعامل التذبذب، ومن ثم تم تحليل التوزيع التكراري لكميات الهطل الفصلية (سنة هيدرولوجية) والتعرف إلى فترات الرجوع، وكذلك تم تحليل وتحديد العشريات، لمختلف المحطات المدروسة، ويخلص إلى أن المتوسط السنوي للهطل لا يعبر عن حقيقة التساقط المطري, ولا يمكن الاعتماد عليه في التخطيط للعمليات المختلفة التي تهدف للاستفادة من مياه الهطل والتخطيط لاستثماره، وانطلاقاَ من ذلك يهدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى تكرار كميات الهطل واحتمالاتها ووضع حدود للأمطار العادية (ضمن الحدود 40%-60%), والاستفادة من ذلك في التخطيط الزراعي للزراعات البعلية والري التكميلي للزراعات المروية، حيث يفترض البحث أن المتوسط يقع في الحدود العليا للأمطار العادية، ولا يمكن الاعتماد عليه عند التخطيط لتنمية وإدارة الموارد المائية في إقليم الساحل والجبال الساحلية الأكثر هطلاً في الجمهورية العربية السورية.

This study deals with the issue of precipitation probabilities in the coastal and mountainous region in Syria. It concentrates on the deviation of precipitation. The study illustrates in detail the frequent distribution of seasonal precipitation and defines the return periods and the decades for all the stations of the study. It shows that the annual average of precipitation is not a reliable index of precipitation in planning the  projects based on investing in precipitation water. Hence, this research aims at studying the frequency of precipitation quantities and their probabilities; this is done by defining the values of normal precipitation (40-60%) to make use of them in agricultural planning. The hypothesis of the study is that the average of  precipitation lies in the highest  values of normal rains. Consequently, this assumption is unreliable for developing and managing water resources in the region under study.
