Development .. Dialectic Growth and Structure (Contribution to Sociology of Development)

Abstract

The sociology of development is concerned with revealing the causes of underdevelopment and its political and sociocultural references, and not only economic, a necessary methodological approach to the identification of development and to emphasize the unity of growth (its backbone) and structure, and always for the purpose of confronting underdevelopment in all its strongholds and backgrounds and throughout its area

Here, it is important to view development as a structure, ie, as a structural issue, primarily by highlighting the commonalities as well as the qualitative differences between the concepts of structure and growth or development and growth as long as development is the structure of production relations rather than the growth of GDP or production forces

As such, it seems quite clear that an accurate diagnosis of underdevelopment is a necessary prerequisite for determining the “amounts” of a drug that is development, as a structure first and as a second growth. The double risk of error in diagnosis and confusion of contiguous concepts in meaning or significance, such as growth and development, is not confined to the circle of view and analysis, but extends to the field of action in fact, as long as the theory of the entrance to work and practice

يهتم علم اجتماع التنمية بالكشف عن حيثيات التخلف ومرجعياته السياسية والسوسيوثقافية، وليس، فقط، الاقتصادية، مدخلاً منهجياً ضرورياً لتحديد هوية التنمية والتأكيد على وحدة النمو(عمودها الفقري) والبنية، ودائماً لغرض مواجهة التخلف في كافة معاقله وخلفياته وعلى كامل مساحته.

وهنا تبرز أهمية النظر إلى التنمية كبنية، أي كمسألة بنيوية، بالدرجة الأولى، عن طريق إبراز القواسم المشتركة وكذلك الفوارق النوعية بين مفهومي البنية والنمو أو التنمية والنمو لطالما التنمية بنية علاقات إنتاج أكثر منها نمو الناتج المحلي أو قوى الإنتاج..

وعلى هذا النحو يبدو، واضحاً إلى حدٍ بعيد، أن التشخيص الدقيق لداء التخلف مقدمة ضرورية لتحديد "مقادير" الدواء الذي هو التنمية، كبنية أولاً وكنمو ثانياً. ذلك أن الخطر المزدوج للخطأ في التشخيص والخلط بين المفاهيم المتجاورة في المعنى أو الدلالة، كالنمو والتنمية، لا ينحصر في دائرة النظر والتحليل، وإنما يتعداه إلى حقل الفعل في الواقع، لطالما النظرية مدخل العمل والممارسة.
