The Level of Moral Intelligence according to The Borba Model of The Secondary School Students in Lattakia City
Abstract
The research aims to identify the level of moral intelligence for secondary school students in Lattakia according to the Borba model, as well as to study the differences between them in moral intelligence according to variables (grade, gender, academic branch). The research has adopted the descriptive method, and the sample has consisted of (409) male and female students from the first, second and third secondary grades of public secondary schools in Lattakia city. The researcher has adopted a measure of moral intelligence prepared by her. The research has concluded that students have (average) level of the moral intelligence, and has showed the emergence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of the grade for the benefit of second grade students, and others attributed to the gender variable in favor of females, while no showed Differences between students due to the variable of the academic branch.
يهدف البحث إلى تعرَف مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية العامة في مدينة اللاذقية وفق نموذج Borba، إلى جانب دراسة الفروق بينهم في الذكاء الأخلاقي وفق متغيرات (الصف الدراسي، الجنس، الفرع الدراسي). اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي, وتكونت عينته من (409) طالباً وطالبةً من طلبة الصفوف الأول والثاني والثالث الثانوي من المدارس الثانوية الرسمية بمدينة اللاذقية، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة مقياساً للذكاء الأخلاقي من إعدادها. وتوصل البحث إلى: امتلاك الطلبة مستوى (متوسط) من الذكاء الأخلاقي، كما بين ظهور فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير الصف الدراسي لصالح طلبة الصف الثاني الثانوي، وأخرى تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الاناث، في حين لم تظهر أي فروق بين الطلبة تعود لمتغير الفرع الدراسي.
