Vocabulary of Social Morals in the Speeches of Imam Al-Hasan Al-Askari Selected Excerpts-An Analytical Social Study

Abstract

Morals are undoubtedly among the essential basics that societies-thus nations- build upon, that closely relate to ethics and fundamentals. They are public criteria that monitor the righteous human conduct. In fact, social morals are the favaoured and wishful characteristics by the members of the society, which could be identified by his culture such as tolerance and power. However, social morals could take many forms like: faithfulness, altruism, loyalty, solidarity among many others that Islam, since emergence, has called for; needless to say that the Islamic religion has encompassed and actualized all the morals, good offices, and positive features. However, the apparent Quranic texts, next to the authentic prophet's Hadiths and sayings of Imams (Pbuhs), who ascertained the significance of morals and ethics, all have constituted the basic reference to virtues and ethics. One famous Imam is named Imam al-Hasan al-Askari (Pbuh). But extremism and focusing upon the surface implication of the speeches has caused great harm to the human and social morals of the Islamic societies at that time, the fact that lead Imam al-Askari (Pbuh) to adopt a reformist doctrine to build the Islamic society, and enhance the parameters of social melting pot, and familial structure. Hence, his speeches have instigated the deepest influence among his beloved followers, that all pushed societies to favour and join Ahel al-Beit (Prophet's Family) (Pbuhs).

Imam al-Askari (Pbuh) has identified the diseases of the society and suggested the appropriate solutions via a constellation of pieces of advice and speeches. He has informed us of the existence of such diseases like the abundance of mistrust, hurting the neighbours, rarity of aids, spread of lying, and violating the morals. He has offered an apparent and understandable analysis of the suppressed reality that Muslims went through. He has called for righteousness and reform instead of fighting and separating. Imam al-Askari has continued to spread those morals and ethics that could attract followers. In this piece of research, we shall try to highlight some of the sayings of Imam al-Askari's, analyze them, and suggest answers to such questions as:

Who is Imam al-Hasan al-Askari (Pbuh)?

Highlighting some of his sayings on social values

Analyzing these social sayings

His role in curing social diseases

Deducing the social and educational morals from his religious pieces of advice.

However, this piece of research has followed the analytical method, through selecting some of the sayings and verdicts of Imam al-Askari (Pbuh), analyzing them socially and relating them to some Quranic texts, next to spotlighting the significance of these sayings in our social life.

تعدُّ القيم من أهمّ الرّكائز التي تُبنى عليها المجتمعات وتُقام عليها الأمم، وتتعلّق القيم بالأخلاق والمبادئ؛ وهي معايير عامّة وضابطة للسّلوك البشريّ الصّحيح؛ والقيم الاجتماعية هي الخصائص أو الصّفات المحبّبة والمرغوب فيها لدى أفراد المجتمع، والتي تحدّدها ثقافته مثل التّسامح والقوّة، وللقيم الاجتماعية أمثلة وأنواع مثل الصّدق، الإيثار، الوفاء، التّكافل، وغيرها من القيم التي د إليها الإسلام منذ نشوئه وشمل الدّين الإسلاميّ كافة الأخلاق والمكارم الحميدة والخصال الطّيّبة، وحثّ عليها، لقد شكّلت نصوص القرآن الصّريحة إلى جانب أحاديث السّنة النّبوية الصّحيحة وأقوال وأحكام الأئمّة عليهم السّلام الذين كانوا يدعون إلى أهمّية القيم والأخلاق، المرجع الرئيس للفضائل والأخلاق. ومن أشهر الأئمة الإمام الحسن العسكري (ع). ولقد أضرّ التّعصب , والتّمسّك بقشور الأحاديث كثيراً بقيم المجتمعات الإسلاميّة الإنسانيّة, والاجتماعيّة في ذلك الوقت، ممّا جعل الإمام العسكريّ (ع) يتبنّى منهجاً إصلاحيّاً لبناء المجتمع الإسلاميّ, ويزيد من أواصر التّلاحم المجتمعيّ  , والبناء الأسريّ؛ إذ حازت أحاديثه كبير الأثر في نفوس محبّيه، ممّا زادت المجتمعات تمسّكاً بحبّ أهل البيت عليهم السّلام.

لقد حدّد الإمام العسكريّ (ع) أمراض المجتمع ووضع الحلول النّاجعة من خلال جملة من النّصائح , والأحاديث. فقد أخبرنا بتلك الآفات مثل :  كثرة الخيانات,  وأذى الجار، وقلّة المواساة , وكثرة الكذب , وانتهاك المحرّمات؛ وقدّم تحليله الواضح والصّريح للواقع المرير الذي كان يعيشه المسلمون. ودعا إلى الصّلاح والإصلاح بدل القتال والتّنازع. واستمرّ الإمام العسكريّ في نشر تلك التّعاليم والأخلاق التّربوية لعلّها تجد من يسمعها ويأخذ بها. وسنحاول في هذا البحث إلقاء الضّوء على بعض أقوال الإمام وتحليلها اجتماعياً والإجابة عن بعض الأسئلة:

-       مَن هو الإمام العسكريّ؟

-       القاء الضّوء على بعض أقواله حول القيم الاجتماعية.

-       تحليل هذه الأقوال اجتماعياً.

-       دوره في إصلاح المجتمع من أمراضه.

-       استخراج القيم التّربويّة والاجتماعيّة من وصاياه الدّينيّة.

اعتمد البحث على المنهج التّحليليّ، من خلال انتقاء بعض أقوال وأحكام الإمام العسكريّ (ع)، وتحليلها اجتماعياً وربطها ببعض الآيات القرآنيّة، ومحاولة الاستفادة من هذه الأقوال في حياتنا الاجتماعيّة.
