Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the rights of persons with disability and the quality of their laws, by reviewing a set of international laws that have been approved for this purpose, and the legislation enacted by the Syrian Arab Republic to ensure the rights of people with disability, as well as identifying the strengths and weaknesses in Law No. (34) issued by the Syrian Arab Republic to secure the rights of persons with disability according to the entrance of comprehensive quality. Therefore, the problem of the study was determined by the following question: How good are the laws related to the rights of persons with disability? concludeTwo questionnaires were applied to the research sample consisting of a group of teachers of persons with disability and their families. The study concluded that the health field and the field of services and exemptions occupy the first rank in the quality of laws for persons with disability, on the one hand, and the absence of a correlation between achieving the concept of quality and all of the gender and specialty variables on the other hand.
