دور تقنية المعلومات في إدارة التنمية العمرانية – مثال الواجهة البحرية في مدينة طرطوس

Abstract

تعد العمارة بمفهومها الواسع والشامل المقياس الحقيقي لتطور المجتمعات وتقدمها, وهي شديدة التأثر بكافة التحديثات التي تطرأ على الحياة والمجتمعات؛ إذ تعبر عن هذه التطورات بأساليبها وطرقها الخاصة , ومن جملة هذه التطورات الثورة الرقمية وما رافقها من نتائج على كافة المستويات وانعكاس هذه النتائج على كافة الاختصاصات في الهندسة المعمارية (التصميم المعماري - التخطيط العمراني) .

من أهم النتائج التي قدمتها  تقنية المعلومات في مجال العمل الهندسي دعم عملية التنمية العمرانية بشكل واسع والمساهمة  في الحصول على النتائج الأفضل، فالتنمية العمرانية بوصفها عملية تخطيطية تعمل على الارتقاء بالواقع العمراني والاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وإضافة موارد اقتصادية جديدة، وتوفير فرص عمل وجذب الاستثمارات، ودعم  القطاعات الاقتصادية والتنموية الأخرى.

في هذا البحث يتم التعريف بالتنمية العمرانية المستدامة، وشرح مراحل تطبيقها، والتأكيد على أهمية الإدارة الذكية في التنمية العمرانية، كما يتضمن شرحاً عن أساليب التطبيق باستخدام نظام المعلومات الجغرافية GIS وتطبيق مراحل التنمية العمرانية، على المثال موضوع البحث – الواجهة البحرية في مدينة طرطوس .

The architecture is, in the broadest sense, the comprehensive true measure of the evolution and progress of societies, which are highly vulnerable to all the updates regarding life and the communities where reflect these developments, its methods and its own method, and the total of these developments, the digital revolution and the concomitant results on all levels and a reflection of these findings to all specialties in Architecture (architectural Design - Urban Planning).

of the most important results provided by information technology in the field of engineering work to: support the process of urban development are widely, contribute to obtain better results, develop urban  planning, improve the reality of urban, economic, social resources of new economic and employment opportunities, and attract investment, support economic sectors and other developments.

In this research, an attempt has been made to define sustainable urban development and explain the stages of application and the emphasis on the importance of smart urban development. It also includes an explanation on the methods of the application using the GIS system and application stages of urban development on the example in question-the seashore scene in the City of Tartous
