التأثير المتبادل بين الربو والحمل والتأثيرات على الجنين

Abstract

قمنا بدراسة عينة من 40 امرأة حاملاً مصابة بمرض الربو ومن فئات عمرية مختلفة, وقمنا بدراسة تأثير الربو على الحمل, وتأثير الحمل على الربو, وكانت النتائج على الشكل الآتي:

  • شدة الربو خلال الحمل: توزعت بالتساوي تقريباً بين زيادة السوء, التحسن, والبقاء على الشدة نفسها (بنسبة تقريباً لكل منها).
  • النساء اللواتي ساءت حالة الربو لديهن, فإن ذلك حدث بشكل أكبر في الثلث الثالث من الحمل.
  • حدثت السورات الربوية لدى نسبة من النساء الحوامل قدرت ب 15% من العينة الإجمالية (6 مريضات من أصل 40  مريضة).
  • كانت أكثر الأسباب لتفاقم الربو هي: عدم متابعة العلاج الإنشاقي بالكورتيزون والإنتان الفيروسي.
  • حدث لدى النساء ذوات الربو السيئ الضبط خلال الحمل: نقص وزن الولادة, ولادة قبل أوانها,ولادة قيصرية وما قبل الإرجاج مقارنة مع النساء اللواتي كان الربو لديهن مضبوطاً خلال الحمل.

 

We studied a group of 40 pregnant women affected with asthma from different ages, and we studied the effect of asthma on the course of pregnancy and the effect of pregnancy on asthma.

Results:

  • § The course of asthma during pregnancy varies: it improves, remains stable, or worsens in similar proportions of women ( for each one).
  • § Exacerbation tends to occur in the third trimester of pregnancy.
  • § Exacerbation happened to 15% of  asthmatics pregnant women.
  • § Most cases for severe asthma during pregnancy were nonadherence to inhaled corticosteroid medication, and the viral infection.
  • § Women who had sever asthma during pregnancy have had low birth weight baby, preterm delivery, cesarean delivery and preeclampsia compared to women with under controlling  asthma during pregnancy.
