الإنتان النفاسي والعوامل المؤثرة فيه
Abstract
شملت دراستنا 63 مريضة راجعن بقصة إنتان في الفترة التالية للولادة وذلك في الفترة الممتدة بين 1/12/2016
و 31/12/2017 ودرست العوامل التي أثرت على معدل حدوث الإنتان النفاسي وهي في دراستنا :
- نمط الولادة
- عدد الولادات
- استخدام القثاطر البولية
- انبثاق الأغشية الباكر
- عدد مرات الفحص النسائي
ووجدنا في دراستنا أن 36 مريضة (57.14%) خضعن لعمل جراحي ((قيصرية)) , وأن 17مريضة (26.98%) من مريضات الدراسة كن من الخروسات , و42 مريضة (66.66%) حدث عندهن انبثاق أغشية باكر. في حين أن 36 مريضة (57.14%) استخدمت عندهن قثطرة بولية خلال الولادة , و21 مريضة (33.34% ) خضعن لفحص نسائي متكرر بمعدل أقل من خمس مرات .

The study covered 63 patients of sepsis after delivery from 1/12/2016 until 31/12/2017
We studied these factors that raise the puerperal sepsis
- Type of Delivery
- Number of deliveries
- Urinary Catheters Usage
- Premature Rupture of Membranes (PROM)
- Number of gynecology exam
The results are:
- 36 patients (57.14%) have caesarean
- 17 patients (26.98%) Primigravid
- 42 patients (66.66%) Premature Rupture of Membranes
- 36 patients (57.14%) have used urinary catheters
- 21 patients (33.34%) of gynecology exam less than 5 times
