إنذار الفتحات ما بين البطينين الحول غشائية المعزولة (pmVSDS ) عند حديثي الولادة

Abstract

شملت الدراسة 120 حالة حديثي الولادة مع فتحات ما بين البطينين حول غشائية معزولة توبعوا لمدة 5 سنوات: 70% من الفتحات المدروسة كانت صغيرة القطر و 14,16% منها متوسطة القطر, و 15,83 منها كبيرة القطر.

69,06% من الفتحات الصغيرة انغلقت تلقائياً, وحدث التهاب شغاف القلب لدى 1,19% منها, كما حدث أيضاً انسدال وريقة الدسام الإبهري لدى 1,19% منها.

حدث الانغلاق العفوي لدى 5,88% فقط من الفتحات متوسطة القطر.

لم يحدث انغلاق عفوي في الفتحات الكبيرة القطر.

كل الفتحات المتوسطة والكبيرة القطر احتاجت إلى علاج دوائي منذ الأشهر الأولى للعمر بسبب ظهور قصور قلب.

تم إغلاق الفتحات جراحياً لدى 64,70% من الفتحات المتوسطة القطر ولدى 94,73% من الفتحات الكبيرة القطر وذلك بسبب ظهور قصور قلب وفشل نمو معتدين على العلاج الدوائي

This study included 120 neonates with isolated (pmVSDs), with a mean follow-up period of 5 years. 70% were small defects, 14.16% were moderate defects, and 15.83% were large defects. 69.04% of small defects closed spontaneously; 1.19% of them developed coronary aortic prolaps with mild AI, and 1.19% of them developed infective endocardits. Only 5.88% of moderate defects had closed spontaneously. None of the large defects closed spontaneously. All moderate and Large defects needed medical treatment. Due to Heart and Growth Failures, 64.70% of moderate defects and 94.73% of Large defects needed Surgical Closure.
