معالجة دوالي الحبل المنوي بطريقة التصليب الصاعد عبر الصفن
Abstract
تناول البحث 30 مريضاً أجري لهم معالجة دوالي الحبل المنوي بطريقة التصليب الصاعد عبر الصفن ,وهؤلاء المرضى راجعوا مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية والوحدة المهنية لأمراض الجراحة البولية بين عامي 2000ـ 2003. بلغ متوسط العمر لدى هؤلاء المرضى 29.6 سنة وكان متوسط العمل الجراحي 21.17 دقيقة ,وكان متوسط مدة الاستشفاء 2.26 ساعة.بعد أربعة أشهر من العملية تحسن متوسط تعداد السائل المنوي من 21.8 إلى 38 مليونا / مل, وانخفض متوسط الأشكال الشاذة من %27.5 إلى %13.16 ,وتحسنت حركة النطاف من 33.5% إلى 54.3%. حدث الحمل عند المتزوجين بنسبة 74% لم تكتشف سوى حالة نكس واحدة, وكانت الاختلاطات نادرة جدا: في حالة واحدة لم نتمكن من إجراء العملية بسبب مشاكل تقنية وحدوث ورم دموي صفني صغير عند مريض واحد فقط.
مما تقدم يمكن التوصية باعتماد معالجة دوالي الحبل المنوي بطريقة التصليب الصاعد عبر الصفن كطريقة مميزة لمعالجة دوالي الحبل المنوي.The research had 30 patients who underwent Antegrade scrotal sclerotherapy for varicocele testis, these patients come to Alassad Hospital in Lattakia and the urological prophesional unite between (2000 -2003).
The average age of these patients was 29.6 year, the average period of the syrgical operation time was 21.17 minute ,and the period of hospitalization was 2.26 hour
After four months of the average sperm count improved from 21.8 to 38 M\ml ,the average rate of abnormal forms decreased from 27.5% to 13.17%, the sperm mobility activated from 33.5% to 54.3%.
Pregnancy was positive in 74%, there was only one recurrence case, the complications were very rare: we have frustration for one patient for technical resones, there was asmall scrotal hematoma in one patient .
We can advice with Antegrade scrotal sclerotherapy for varicocele testis as a segnifecant method of treatment of varicocell according to our study .
