حساب التغير في كتلة أشباه الجسيمات تحت تأثير الحقل الذاتي للتأثير المتبادل بينها بتابعية معاملات لانداو في السوائل الكوانتية.
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث دراسة تغيرات كتلة شبه الجسيم تحت تأثير الحقل الذاتي الفعال لبقية الجسيمات المجاورة له بالقرب من سطح فيرمي. تحققنا من علاقة كتلة الجسيم الحر بكتلته الفعالة وذلك في إطار نظرية السوائل الكوانتية. حسبنا تغيرات الكتلة الفعالة باستخدام سلاسل فورييه المضاعفة لوسط كوانتي متجانس يحقق تحويلات غاليليه. توصلنا الى علاقة جديدة تنتج منها العلاقة المعروفة بتقريب ( ). وجدنا إن الكتلة الفعالة تتعلق بمعاملات لانداو . تمت مقارنة النتائج مع ما توصل إليها آخرون في هذا المجال. In this research, It has been Studied the change of quasi-particle mass due to the self-effective field resulted from near other particles on the Fermi surface. First, the right relation between m and effective mass has been checked. Using Galilean transformation in a homogeneous material with Fourier double. It is observed that, the dependence of the effective mass to bare mass belong on . Finally the results have been compared to what have been concluded by others in this domain.Downloads
