دراسة إمكانية استخدام حمض الآزوت وحمض الكبريت كقالبي تعديل لعنصر الكادميوم في وسط من NaCl 0.5M في مطيافية الامتصاص الذري وفق تقانة التذرية الكهر حرارية
Abstract
تتضمن هذه الدراسة محاولة تخفيض التداخلات التي يحدثها ملح كلوريد الصوديوم على إشارة الامتصاص الذري لنزر عنصر الكادميوم في الأوساط المائية، عبر استخدام حمض الآزوت وحمض الكبريت كقالبي تعديل(Matrix Modifiers)، وذلك من خلال دراسة تأثير سلسلة من التراكيز المتعددة لهذين الحمضين على إشارة الامتصاص الذري للكادميوم بتركيز1ppb في وسط من ملح كلوريد الصوديوم بتركيز 0.5M، وذلك باستخدام أنبوب الغرافيت المطلي (Coated-GF)، وأنبوب الغرافيت ذي الصفيحة (PFT-GF)، ومصححي الديتريوم(Deuterium Corrector) والعكس الذاتي(Self-Reversal Corrector)، وقد بينت النتائج أن تركيز حمض الآزوت المناسب كقالب للتعديل هو 1.25M، ولحمض الكبريت 0.30M.
حُضر فيما بعد محلول من Cd بتركيز 1ppbفي وسط من 0.5M NaCl بوجود إما قالب تعديل من حمض الآزوت 1.25M، أو قالب تعديل من حمض الكبريت 0.30M، وأجريت الدراسة اللازمة لتثبيت الشروط الحرارية المثلى باستخدام الأنبوب المطلي، والأنبوب ذي الصفيحة.
This study deals with the possibility of decreasing the NaCl interferences on the atomic absorption signal of trace Lead element in aqueous solution, using HNO3 and H2SO4 as matrix modifiers. A series of concentrations of these acids was used to study the effect of the two studied acids mentioned above on the atomic absorption signal of 20ppb Pb in 0.5 NaCl, using both coated graphite tube and platform tube in the presence of deuterium and self-reversal correctors. Results show that the suitable concentration of nitric acid as matrix modifier is 1.25M, where as H2SO4 is not suitable to us as a matrix modifier for lead in NaCl medium 0.5M.
Later, a solution of 20ppb Pb in 0.5M NaCl with presence of 1.25M HNO3 as matrix modifier was prepared. The study was accomplished in order to fix the optimal thermal conditions using both coated tube and platform tube. We also tried to use 0.30M H2SO4 as matrix modifier.
