استخدام الزيوليت الطبيعي في إزالة الأمونيا وبعض العناصر الثقيلة من مياه الشرب
Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة عينة من الزيوليت الطبيعي السوري, فتمّت دراسة تأثير كل من شاردتيCa++ وMg++ في استطاعة الزيوليت في إزالة الأمونيا من المياه. لقد تبين أن هذا التأثير ضئيل ولاسيما في حالة المغنزيوم. تناولت هذه الدراسة أيضا مقدرة الزيوليت في إزالة شوارد بعض العناصر الثقيلة مثل Cd++ وZn++. لقد تبين أن هذا التبادل يتبع معادلة لانغموير, كما أن الاستطاعة التبادلية تقع في حدود 1-1,2 ميلي مكافئ غرامي من هذين العنصرين لكل غرام زيوليت.
This study deals with a sample of natural Syrian Zeolite. It studies the effect of cations, namely Ca++ and Mg++, on the ability of Zeolite to remove Ammonia from water. The results show that this effect is minimal, especially in the case of Mg. Also, the ion exchange of Cd++ and Zn++ has been examined. The conclusion is that this exchange follows the Langmuir equation, and the capacity is between 1–1,2 meq/g Zeolite for both elements.
