دراسة الخواص البنيوية والحرارية للفرايت – Co Zn باستخدام طريقتي IR و TG-DTA
Abstract
حُضِّر مسحوق الفرايت Co(1-x) Znx Fe2 O4 حيث (x = 0.4) بالطريقة السيراميكية التقليدية, وبعد ذلك أخذ طيف IR لهذه العينة في المجال (400-4000) cm-1 وحددنا في هذا المجال ترددات اهتزاز المواقع الرباعية والثمانية في بنية الفرايت: 580 cm-1 ,422 cm-1 و409 cm-1 على الترتيب. علاوة على ذلك, أُجري للعينة المخطط الحراري وفق طريقة TG-DTA، وذلك ضمن المجال الحراري (20-700) 0C، ويبين هذا المخطط أنه
لا يوجد فقدان بالوزن. وهذا يشير إلى أن العينة خالية من الرطوبة، بينما آثار التفاعلات الحرارية كانت ضعيفة الشدة. إضافة إلى ذلك, حددنا من المنحني درجة حرارة كوري للعينة 130 0C، وكذلك المنطقة المغناطيسية الشاذة, ودرجة حرارة الكلسنة.
Co(1-x)ZnxFe2O4 spinel ferrite (x=0.4) was prepared by a well-known double sintering process. However, the IR-spectrum was taken in the wavevector range (400-4000) cm-1. This spectrum shows three main absorption bands: 580, 422 and 409 cm-1. Moreover, the thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses TG-DTA reveal four principal endothermic peaks at 28, 130, 333 and 653 0C within temperature range 20 – 700 0C.
The diagram reveals no weight loss, i.e., no sample moisture, while the thermal effects are slight. In addition, the Curie temperature was fixed at 130 0C, the magnetic anomaly at 333 0C and calcination temperature at 653 0C.
