دراسة تأثير تلوث الهواء الناتج عن عوادم السيارات في العناصر التشخيصية والصفات المورفولوجية لبنى الأوراق عند نبات الدفلة Nerium olender L.
Abstract
تمّت في هذا البحث دراسة تأثير تلوث الهواء الملوث في العناصر التشخيصية والصفات المورفولوجية لأوراق نبات الدفلةNerium olender المزروعة على أطراف الشوارع في مدينة اللاذقية.
إذ أخذت العينات من منطقتين مختلفتين من حيث شدّة التلوث، وذلك خلال الفترة الواقعة ما بين تشرين الأول من عام 2012م ولغاية أيلول من عام 2013م .
المنطقة الأولى (شارع الجمهورية في مدينة اللاذقية): وهي منطقة شديدة التلوث إذ تزداد فيها الحركة المرورية للسيارات والباصات والشاحنات .
المنطقة الثانية ( حديقة جامعة تشرين ) : وهي أقل تلوثاً وذات حركة مرورية ضعيفة .
بينّت لنا النتائج التي حصلنا عليها أنه كلما ازدادت الحركة أو الكثافة المرورية نقص وزن الورقة وطولها وتغيّر لونها، وهذا بدوره يؤثر في عدد وحجم وشكل العناصر التشخيصية التي تلعب دوراً في تمييز الأنواع النباتية عن بعضها البعض .
This study has conducted to investigate the effect of air pollution on diagnostic elements and morphologicl characters of leaves of Neruim oleander Cultivated in roadsides in Lattakia City . Samples were collected from tow sites differ in pollution inteusity between october 2012 and september 2013 .
The first site ( Al Jmhoria street in Lattakia city ) was more polluted and has more traffic activity .
Whil the second site ( tishreen University park )
Was Less polluted and less traffic activity .
The results have showed that the length , the weight and the colour of the leaf are negtively incieased because of traffic intensity and this , inturn , affects the shape , the size and the number of diagnostic elements which play animportant rule in differentation the species from each other .
