دراسة بعض خصائص الحوامل المصابات بفيروس الحلأ البسيط النوع الأول والثاني
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بعض خصائص الحوامل المصابات بفيروس الحلأ البسيط النوع الأول (HSV1) والنوع الثاني (HSV2) وأهميتها في شدة الإصابة
شملت عينة الدراسة 581 مريضة من الحوامل بمتوسط عمري/ 14 - 44 / وتم دراسة خصائص الحوامل المصابات بالفيروس وذلك بالاعتماد على استمارات وأسئلة معينة لكل مصابة .
أظهرت النتائج فيما يتعلق بعدد الحمول عند المصابات بالحلأ أن 15% تقريبًا من الحوامل لم يكن لديهن حمولاً سابقة، وأكثر من 30% من الحوامل كان لديهن حملين سابقين، وأكثر من ربعهن كان لديه حمل سابق واحد ومعظم الإصابات حصلت بعد الثلث الأول من الحمل بنسبة 80 %.,وظهرت الإصابة الفموية عند معظم الحوامل بنسبة 98% والتظاهرات السريرية عند 13,48% وتكرار الإصابة عند 60% من الحوامل و9% فقط من الحوامل تلقين علاج لفيروس الحلأ البسيط .
This study intended to identify some of the characteristics of pregnant women infected with herpes simplex virus type I (HSV1) and type II (HSV2) and its importance in assessing the severity of the infection.
The study sample included 581 patients with an average age of pregnant / 14-44 / and study the characteristics of pregnant women infected with virus, based on certain forms and questions for each infected.
Results showed regarding the number of pregnancies when infected with herpes that almost 15% of pregnant women did not have a previous pregnancies, and more than 30% of pregnant women were reported to have pregnancies former, and more than a quarter of them had a previous pregnancy and one Most injuries occurred after the first trimester of pregnancy by 80 %., and appeared oral infection when most pregnant women by 98% and clinical demonstrations at 13.48% and recurrence at 60% of pregnant women and only 9% of pregnant women received treatment for herpes simplex virus.
