تأثير الملوحة و المعاملة بالمبيدات الفطرية في إنبات بذور السرو دائم الإخضرار L. Cupressus sempervirens
Abstract
نفذ البحث لاختبار تأثير كل من الملوحة و المعاملة بالمبيدات الفطرية للتخلص من الفطريات ( المحمولة على البذرة و المرافقة لها ) في بذور السرو دائم الاخضرارCupressus sempervirens L. في مرحلة الإنبات.
تمت دراسة مؤشرات إنبات البذور في تراكيز ملحية من NaCl ( 0%، 0.5% ، 1% ، 5% ، 10% ) في الظروف المخبرية. ولكن قبل الزراعة في الأوساط الملحية تم تقسيم البذور إلى مجموعتين، الأولى عولجت بالمبيد الفطري (البينوميل ) كمعقم، والثانية زرعت مباشرة دون تعقيم.
أظهرت النتائج أن إنتاش البذور قد تراجع بالملوحة، ولكن كان التراجع أكثر وضوحاً دون المبيد الفطري ومع تراكيز الملح، لم تنبت البذور عند تركيز 5 و10% NaCl.
وعلى الرغم من انخفاض مؤشرات الإنبات الأخرى مع ارتفاع التراكيز الملحية ، إلا أن النتائج الإحصائية لم تسجل فروقاً معنوية بين التراكيز الملحية والشاهد في سرعة الإنبات دون مبيد فطري ، لكنها كانت معنوية بوجود المبيد. كما أظهرت النتائج الإحصائية أيضاً وجود فروقٍ معنوية بين وجود المبيد وعدمه في جميع المعاملات.
The effect of salinity and the treatment with fungicide on seed germination of Cupressus sempervirens L. was investigated.
Five concentrations of salinity (0, 0.5, 1, 5 and 10%) were used. One part of the seeds was treated with fungicides (Benomyl), while the other part was germinated without fungicide treatment. The results showed that seed germination was reduced by salinity, but the reduction was more pronounced without fungicide and with salt concentration, the seeds didn't germinate at 5 and 10% NaCl.
Despite the decrease of germination indices with the increase of salt concentrations, the statistical results didn't show significant differences in salinity concentrations and the control in germination speed without fungicide, but they were significant with the fungicide. The statistical results showed significant differences between the presence and absence of fungicide in all treatments
