دراسة مقارنة لبعض البنيات العظمية المستخدمة لتقدير عمر أسماك العروس Chondrostoma regium (Heckel, 1843) في بحيرة تشرين (نهر الفرات)
Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى مقارنة ثلاث بنيات عظمية, وتحديد البنية المثلى لتقدير العمر عند النوع السمكي العروس Chondrostoma regium في بحيرة تشرين (نهر الفرات). جمع (214) فرداً سمكياً في الفترة بين 15/7/2011 و 15/5/2012 بوساطة الشباك الغلصمية, واستخدمت الحراشف والفقرات والغطاء الغلصمي لتقدير عمر هذه الأفراد, من خلال قراءة هذه البنيات العظمية من قبل باحثين اثنين على نحوٍ مستقل. حسب المتوسط العمري, والانحراف المعياري ، والخطأ القياسي لكل بنية عظمية من البنيات الثلاث , كما حسبت نسبة التوافق بين القارئين للبنيات العظمية المدروسة.
دلت نتائج البحث على أن أعمار الأفراد السمكية المصطادة تراوحت بين ( 2- 6), و(3- 6), و(2- 5) سنوات، باستخدام كل من الحراشف والفقرات والغطاء الغلصمي على التوالي.
كما بينت نتائج البحث أن الفقرات كانت البنية العظمية المثلى من بين البنيات الثلاث المستخدمة لتقدير العمر عند سمك العروس, إذ بلغ متوسط العمر بالاعتماد عليها 3.95 سنة ، والخطأ العمري (الانحراف المعياري) 0.65 و الخطأ القياسي 0.060 , كما بلغت نسبة التوافق بين القارئين 49.66%.
The goal of this study is to compare three bony structures in order to choose the best method for the age determination of Chondrostoma regium inhabiting the Tishreen Reservior (Euphrates River). So, 214 individuals were collected between 15/7/2011 and 15/5/2012 using appropriate gill nets. Scales, vertebrae and operculum were independently used by two readers to estimate the age. Mean ages were estimated for each bony structure-reader combination and the precision of age estimated from multiple readings was evaluated. Furthermore, the error of ageing was calculated.
The results showed that the fish ages were varied between (2-6), (3-6) and (2-5) years- judged by scales, vertebrae and operculum respectively.
Results also showed that vertebrae were the most reliable bony structure for estimating the ages of Chondrostoma regium as they had the highest agreement and the lowest ageing error.
