تعريف بعض أنواع المــنّ المنتشرة في حقول الفول وبساتين الحمضيات في اللاذقية وإمكانية نقلها لعزلة محلية لفيروس مُوزاييك الخيار
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى تعريف بعض أنواع حشرات المنّ على العوائل النباتية، واختبار إمكانية نقلها لعزلةٍ محليةٍ لفيروس موزاييك الخيار. تمّ تعريف نوعين من حشرات المنّ، هما: منّ الفول الأسود Aphis fabae في حقول الفول ومنّ القطن Aphis gossypii في بساتين الحمضيات، وذلك اعتماداً على مفاتيح تصنيفية متخصصة. وأثبتت العدوى الراجعة والاختبار الحيوي باستخدام النباتات الدالة (التبغ Nicotiana tabacum والرمرام Chenopodium quinoa) نقل كلّ من منّ الفول الأسود ومنّ القطن للعزلة المحلية لفيروس موزاييك الخيار.
The research aims to Identify some species of aphids on plant families, and test the possibility of transfer to the local isolate of Cucumber mosaic virus. Two species of aphids in bean fields and citrus orchards have been defined, namely: Black bean aphid Aphis fabae and Cotton aphid Aphis gossypii, respectively, depending on the specialized classification keys. The infection proved vital feedback and testing the function using plants: Nicotiana tabacum and Chenopodium quinoa transfer each of the A. fabae and A. gossypii local isolate of Cucumber mosaic virus.
