التقويم الاقتصادي لإنتاج دجاج اللحم (الفروج) في محافظة اللاذقية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم ودراسة تطور تربية دجاج اللحم (الفروج) في القطر العربي السوري بشكل عام والساحل السوري ومحافظة اللاذقية بشكل خاص خلال الفترة مابين 2012-2003, وحساب التكاليف الإنتاجية لكافة مراحل تربية دجاج اللحم, ودراسة وتحليل هذه التكاليف, وإجراء التقويم الاقتصادي لإنتاج دجاج اللحم (الفروج) باستخدام بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية, وإيضاح تأثير الأزمة التي تمر بها سورية على عملية تربية وإنتاج الفروج في محافظة اللاذقية عن طريق مقارنة الأسعار والتكاليف قبل وبعد الأزمة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الكفاءة الإنتاجية لتربية دجاج اللحم (الفروج) في محافظة اللاذقية بلغت 1.85 في عام 2010, و 1.20 في عام 2014, بينما بلغت الكفاءة الاقتصادية 1.72 في عام 2010 و 1.09 في عام 2014, وبلغ زمن استعادة رأس المال في عام 2010 نحو 1.3 سنة, بينما وصل في عام 2014 إلى 9.8سنة. This research aims to assess and study the evolution of broiler breeding in Syrian Arab Republic in general and in Syrian Coast and Lattakia Governorate particularly, in period between 2003 – 2012, and account of production costs for all stages of broiler breeding according and analyze these costs, and economical evaluation of production broiler by using some economic indicators, and clarifying the impact of crisis in Syria the process of broiler breeding and production in Lattakia Governorate, by comparing the prices and costs befor and after the crisis.The research shows the production efficiency for table chicken breeding in Lattakia Governorate amounted to /1.85/ in year 2010, and /1.20/ in year 2014, while the economic efficiencyreached /1.72/ in year 2010, and /1.09/ in year 2014, the return of capital period was 1.3 years in 2010, then it became 9.8 years in 2014.
