تأثير طريقة التخزين والرش ببعض العناصر الغذائية وحمض الجبريليك في حيوية بذور البرتقال ثلاثي الأوراق
Abstract
أُجريت الدراسة على أشجار الأصل البرتقال ثلاثي الأوراق في محطة بحوث سيانو حيث تمّ رش الأشجار بالعناصر الغذائية، وبحمض الجبريليك GA3، كُلاً على حده، أو معاً، إضافة الى الشاهد من دون رش و تمّ اختبار معاملات مختلفة لتخزين البذور: لدراسة تأثيرها على حيوية بذوره، بهدف زيادة فترة حيويتها لأطول فترة ممكنة، حيث تمّ تخزين البذور لمدة ثلاثة أشهر وفقاً لأربع معاملات: أ- معاملة تخزين البذور في الثمار على درجة حرارة البراد +4 مْ.ب- معاملة تخزين البذور في العصير على درجة حرارة البراد+4 مْ.ج- معاملة تخزين البذور على درجة حرارة المخبر.د- معاملة تخزين البذور على درجة حرارة البراد+4 مْ. أعطت جميع معاملات الرش نتائج إيجابية عند الزراعة بعد الجني والاستخراج مباشرة، مقارنة مع معاملة الشاهد، في حين أعطت معاملة تخزين البذور ضمن الثمرة أعلى نسبة إنبات في جميع معاملات الرش, وذلك بعد ثلاثة أشهر من التخزين، وتفوقت معنوياً معاملة رش العناصر الغذائية عند التخزين في الثمار على باقي المعاملات عدا معاملة الخلطة، وقد تراجعت حيوية البذور بشكل كبير في جميع المعاملات عند تخزين البذور بدرجة حرارة البراد +4 مْ. بينما انعدم الإنبات في معاملة تخزين البذور في العصير، وفي معاملة تخزين البذور بدرجة حرارة المخبر. The study was carried out on trifoliate orange rootstock trees (Poncirus trifoliata L.) at Ciano Research Station where the trees were sprayed with nutrients or gibberelic acid GA3 or togethers, beside the control (without spraying). Different treatments of seed storage were tested in order to study their effect on seed viability to increase it. The seeds were stored for three months using four treatments: (a) seed storage in fruits at +4˚C, (b) Storage in juice at +4˚C, (c) Storage at lab temperature, and (d) seed storage at fridge temperature +4˚C. The results showed that all spraying treatments were positive at postharvest, as compared with the control. However, treatment of seed storage inside the fruit gave the highest significant germination rate for all spraying treatments. Treatments of spraying with nutrients were the best. The viability of seeds considerably decreased for all treatments of seed storage at fridge temperature +4˚C, whereas germination was zero for seed stored in juice and seed stored at lab temperature.Downloads
