أثر التهجين ما بين بضعة أصناف من الزيتون المزروع olea europaea L. على الصفات الكمية والنوعية للثمار والنوى
Abstract
تشير نتائج التهجين بين أصناف القيسي ♀ والبيشولين ♂ والصوراني ♂ ، إلى أن تغير الصفات النوعية (شكل الثمار، والنوى) ، وكذلك الصفات الكمية ( وزن الثمار والنوى ) حسب الملقح .وأن التوافق الذاتي عند الصنف القيسي كانت جزئية.
وبينت الدراسة أنه لا يمكننا اعتبار أن الصنف البيشولين ، والصوراني ملقحين جيدين للقيسي.
وتبين أن الصفات الكمية ، والنوعية للثمار والنوى التي حصلنا عليها من الصنف الجلط بعد تهجينه مع البيشولين والصوراني ♂ تأثرت بالملقح. وتبين أن البيشولين هو أفضل ملقح للجلط. وأن التلقيح الذاتي عند الجلط جزئيٌّ.
وقد أثر تهجين الصنف الشملالي ♀ مع الجلط ♂ في الصفات الكمية للثمار والنوى ، في حين لم تتأثر الصفات النوعية, وأن الصنف الشملالي ذاتي التلقيح. ويُعدُّ الجلط ملقحاً للشملالي.
Les résultats de croisement, entre cultivar Kaissi ♀ et deux cultivars Picholine ♂ et Sourani ♂, montrent que les caractères qualitatifs (issus des fruits et des noyaux) ainsi que les caractères quantitatifs (poids des fruits et des noyaux) ont bien changé selon le pollinisateur. L'autocompatibilité de cultivar Kaissi est partielle. On ne peut pas considérer que CV. Picholine et CV. Sourani comme de bons pollinisateurs pour Kaissi .
Les caractères qualitatifs et quantitatifs, des fruits et des noyaux, qui sont obtenus, de cultivar Gellet, après leur croisement avec CV. Picholine ♂ et CV. Sourani ♂ sont bien affectés selon le pollinisateur. Le CV. Picholine est le meilleur pollinisateur pour cultivar Gellet. L'autocompatibilité chez le CV. Gellet est partielle. Le croisement de Chemlalli ♀ avec Gellet ♂ affecte les caractères quantitatifs du fruit et du noyau tandis que les caractères qualitatifs n'ont pas changé. Le CV. Chemlalli est autocompatible. Le bon pollinisateur pour Chemlalli est le CV. Gellet .
