تحديد بيئات الاختبار الملائمة لتقييم الطرز الوراثية للشعير في سورية
Abstract
نفذت هذه الدراسة باستخدام تجارب تربية الشعير التشاركية لتحديد مواقع الاختبار الملائمة لتقييم الطرز الوراثية على أساس قدرتها على التمييز بين الطرز الوراثية وتمثيلها لمتوسط إنتاج الأصناف في جميع المواقع المدروسة. نفذت التجارب في عشرة مواقع خلال الفترة 2000- 2006. استخدم نموذج تحليل GGE Biplot لترتيب المواقع حيث تم الحصول على الـ Biplot وقيست المسافة بين الموقع المثالي المفترض والمواقع الحقيقية. اعتبرت المواقع الأقرب للموقع المثالي أكثر ملاءمة لاختبار الطرز الوراثية. ثم عدلت المسافة لكل موقع بتقسيمها على متوسط المسافة لجميع المواقع في ذلك الـ Biplot. كان موقع الباب (دورة شعير-بيقية أو كمون) هو الأكثر ملاءمة لاختبار الطرز الوراثية سوداء الحبوب لصفتي الغلة ووزن الألف حبة، ولجميع الصفات المدروسة للطرز بيضاء الحبوب، وموقع الباب (شعير- شعير) بالنسبة لصفة ارتفاع النبات للطرز سوداء الحبوب بالاستناد إلى قربه من موقع الاختبار المثالي و قيمة الانحراف المعياري المنخفضة.
This study was conducted using the participatory barley breeding trails in Syria to determine the locations that optimize genotype selection based on discriminating ability and representativeness. GGE Biplot pattern explorer was used to rank test locations. Biplot was generated and distances between the ideal and actual test locations were measured. Location with shorter distances was closer to the ideal location and was considered a more desirable test location for the traits of interest. Each test distance of location was standardized by the mean distance of all locations for each Biplot. For grain yield and kernel weight of black seeds genotypes and grain yield, kernel weight and plant height of white seeds genotypes on the basis of their close proximity to the ideal test location and low standard deviation, the most desirable test location was Al bab rotation barley after vetch or cumin and Al bab barley after barley for plant height in black seeds genotypes.
